No retainer is required!!

A completely mediated divorce, with forms for filing, begins at a flat rate for the minimum three hours. Approximately 80% of our mediations do not exceed four hours. Court filing fees are additional and payable at the courthouse when you file your papers. If you hire attorneys, you pay them separately. Many people come to mediation without attorneys.

If you already are divorced and want to modify child support or alimony or visitation, modifications are billed hourly with a minimum of two hours. Fees are split between the parties. Parenting Plan revisions require at least two hours.
