
Linda is a Florida State Supreme Court certified family mediator practicing
mediation throughout Florida for over 14 years. She is a member of
the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and is a trained
mediator for the Fifth District Court of Appeals. Linda is a graduate of
Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and UCF Graduate School. She
mediated for the Judges in Seminole County in the court-ordered family court
and county court divisions. She has enjoyed a private mediation practice
in Sanford for over 14 years. She works with court-ordered clients as well
as private referrals from attorneys, satisfied former clients,
corporations, local therapists and churches. Anchor Mediation provides the

An advocate for children
as a teacher, family therapist, counselor and gifted class teacher at Lake
Highland Prep School in Orlando, parent and mediator, she has worked with
thousands of families to bring an awareness of children's issues to the
attention of the Courts. Linda was a professional and volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for over 10 years and was awarded the Governor's Award for the State
of Florida for Guardian of the Year in 1998. She is the author of the book
Until They're Heard, focusing on children in the foster care system
in Florida, published in 2007.
Linda co-founded and was president of The
Children's Network, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation advocating
statewide for professional services for children. She worked with Dream
Flight and Children's Wish Foundation, bringing terminally ill children from
England. And she and her husband worked with Boggy Creek Camp in Lake County
as counselors for critically ill children and their families.
Linda's
husband, John, is an investment advisor in Lake Mary. Their older son,
Michael, is a criminal defense and family law Attorney in Tampa, and their
younger son, Christopher, is a financial advisor and CFP in Lake Mary.
